Heat Pump Pressure Gauges Leakage Check

Before assembling,the pressure gauges are all charged into high pressure nitrogen for 72 hours. The pressure status indicated is marked down on the notes.  Leakage can be easily found. The Second Times Start-up Check of Wotech Heat Pump

On Wotech production line, there are two times start-up check.The first time is 30 mins performance checking, the second time is before packing. After drying, the heat pump may have loose wiring and bad contact, so it is necessary to have second start-up.

Fan Motors Are 100% Quality Checked in Wotech

In Wotech's preassembling workshop, the fan motors are connected to the equipment which shows the main phase current, vice phase current, ect. Worker checks if all the indicated parameters satisfy Wotech requirement.

Refrigerant Gas Charged in Wotech

Inside the equipment, there are scale indication calibrators. It is to make sure the right volume of refrigeration charged at different ambient temperature.

The refrigerant gas of the first unit of the same model in the one order will be checked the volume by electronic weight. If the volume is the same by comparing with actual request. The production will proceed.
