Evaporator Welding and Leakage check

How to choose the evaporator for heat pump?

As we all know, air source heat pump evaporation process is the heat transfer process, the evaporator is the heat transfer equipment, so the size of the evaporator decides the heat pump heat transfer value. But the evaporator is easily to turn up the following problem:

1. The evaporator is too small, which will directly cause the refrigerant could not absorb the heat completely during the evaporation. When the heat that did not be absorbed will remove to the compressor, which will cause the compressor absorb too much heat and lead to the high temperature protection, and reduce the efficiency at the same time. 

2.The evaporator is too large, which will increase the product cost. 

So how to choose the right evaporator? Here are some tips from WOTECH

(1) The gold or blue hydrophilic evaporator is the best, which will not cause the frosting.

(2) The evaporator size should be completely surrounding the fan, which could accelerate the heat releasing.
