How to make a good pipes installation?

Heat pump brand is very important, but so many attentions needed when installing.Below is common analysis:

When decorating, you should consider direction of PPR pipe. Before hiting and pressing test, please ensure no leak after connecting cold and hot water pipes, then cover cement. When finish decoration, please remove the soft pipe, or hot water pipe and cold water pipe will mix. So before you install air source heat pump, please check it carefully.

Basic principle:
1.the shorter the pipes, the better. try best to keep pipes in vertical or horizontal, which can utmostly reduce the resistance of water flow.
2.Good insulation materials for pipe warm keep work.
3.Install place, height, direction of valves should be tight.
4.Soft connect at inlet and outlet of water pump and heat pump, to reduce shake to building.
5.Add filter before inlet and outlet of water pump and heat pump, to prevent the impurities.

Which way is good for heat pump deforsting?

Heat pumps are always placed on balcony of top roof, which will lead frosting in winter and effect the daily using of consumers.

Natural Defrosting: Keeping working for a while, then stop, and the heat from compressor will defrost, but it will take a long time.

Hot Gas Defrosing: Compressor will exhaust, and hot air will defrost.

Electric Assist Defrosting: Common factories will supply this kind of defrosing. When defrosting, stop compressor, fan and magnetic valve, system will automatically defrosing, open valve after finishment, system will start to
work.

In summary, electric assist is the best way, however if your heat pump is very easily frosting.

How heat pump works?

1. The EVAPORATOR collects heat from  the outside ambient air, pre-heated by thesun. Heat pumps high volumes of outside air are drawn into the unit by the fan and expelled through the evaporator fins. The evaporator has liquid refrigerant passing through it, which is at a considerably lower temperature than the ambient air, therefore the air gives its heat to the refrigerant, which then vaporizes. This is pre-heating.

2. The COMPRESSOR where it is compresses and upgraded to a much higher temperature. The hot vapour now enters to the CONDENSER.

3. The CONDENSER where it is surrounded by water from the heating system. The heat is given off to the cooler water and the now cooler refrigerant returns to its former liquid state but still under high pressure from the compressor. This pressure isreleased by passing the liquid through the EXPANSION DEVICE.

4. The EXPANSION DEVICE and from there now at low pressure, it is returned to the evaporator and the cycle starts again.

How to choose a good heat pump?

1.Compressor. The compressor is the core component of the air source heat pump. The compressor with poor quality will effect the heat pump lifetime directly.So, when you are selecting the heat pump, you should notice the compressor. All the wotech heat pumps are adopted the imported brand compressor(Panasonic compressor for domestic heat pump, Copeland for commercial heat pump.)

2.Water tank. The water tank decides the safe, keep warm performance and the lifetime of the heat pump.So when you are selecting the heat pump, you should notice the inner material and quality.  

3. Thermal insulation. Heat pump is a storage water heater. When the water temperature reach the set point, it will stop heating, when it lower the set point,it will start heating again. So if the thermal insulation of the water tank is poor, it will cost a lot of energy.
