Wotech Got harvest from the EHPA Heat Pump Forum 2016

The EHPA Heat Pump Forum 2016 held from 19^th May to 20^th May was closed. The Forum focusing on energy policy, business model, application technology and so on fields, from different angles reading and discussion on heat pump industry development direction of the future. As a member of China’s delegation, Wotech has got a great harvest from the Forum.

On the Forum, Europe's heat pump industry research institution, heat pump association and enterprise industry were share their achievements of heat pump, and discussed the new business model, the application of near zero energy consumption buildings, remote collection technology and so on specific issues.

The Technical cooperation and exchanges between China & the European heat pump industry has been promoted during this forum.  Wotech also benefit a lot from this Forum.

Wotech enthlpy difference experiment chambers

There are 3 different enthalpy difference experiment chambers in testing ceter. 2 with chamber size 5x4 meter, able to test up to output 20kw heat pump, 1 with chamber size 7x6 meter, able to testing of and the biggest one is able to test up to 50kw heat pumps. Wotech Heat Pump Performance Test

Each heat pump will have to be tested 30 mins for heating and 30 mins for cooling (if there is cooling mode). Water flow will be fixed, sensors will be installed on important positions to check if heat pump performs as designed. All test results will be marked on the unique product ID check list. Those which does not perform well enough will be taken off from production line for investigation.

On May 29th, the delegation of CHPA had a tour study at the EMERSON compressor factory

On May 29th, the delegation of CHPA had a tour study at the EMERSON compressor factory which has been operated for 40 years and is 15 kilometers away from the EMERSON headquarter. This visit is warmly welcome by Mr. Guido Wiertz the vice president of Emerson and Ms Dina Kopke the Director Governmental Affairs Marketing.

The study has three parts, including the study EMERSON environmental optimized technology, EMERSON business development in Europe and factory tour study. All the members in the CHPA are beneficial a lots during the event.

Besides, Mr Guido Wiertz's introduce that there are about 170,000 air source heat pumps are widely used for family water heating in Europe, and 120,000 units are adopted the inverter technolgy.

WOTECH as one member of the CHPA is privileged to be invited to the 8th edition of European Heat Pump Forum of 2015.

On May 27, organized by CHPA   (Chinese Heat Pump Association) , under the great supported by EHPA (Europen Heat Pump Association), the 14 members as the delegation of CHPA arrived in Belgium to have the heat pump industry study and communication events for 12 days.
Ms. Stella Yau, the CEO of WOTECH as one member of the CHPA is privileged to be invited to the 8th edition of European Heat Pump Forum of 2015. 
For a long time, the CHPA has been keeping a good communication with EHPA and the International Energy Heat Pump Center. In 2014, CHPA and EHPA signed a memorandum for a better cooperation, which means the both sides will have a deeper and closer commucation and discussion on the heat pump technology and application development. This time, the delegation participating the EHPA and the 8th edition of European Heat Pump Forum is the detailed measure for both sides to strengthen the communication and cooperation, which plays a significant role for the Chinese heat pump industry developing forward to the international markets.
After the forum, CHPA delegation will travel to EMERSON, STIEBEL-ELTRON, BOSCH, GRUNDFOS which are the excellent heat pump manufacturing enterprises in Europe. During the visiting they will have a chance to study the advanced manufacturing concept, which would promote the product innovation and technology upgrading for the domestic heat pump industry. At the same time the delegation will also attend the communication event which is held by the Internation Energy Heat Pump Center.
In addition, the air source training lecture will be held at the Austria institue of technology(AIT) during this travel. A part of the members wil accepted the EU standard trainning of heat pump in Vienna. After the discusstion, CHPA will summary a better training course and solution for Chinese market, which could better serves for the trainning lecture and more effectively applied to the Chinese heat pump market according to different areas.
