How heat pump works?

1. Cryogen temperature drops to -20℃ after the pressure releases. When ultra-low temperature liquor cryogen enters and flows in absorbing heat evaporator, it meets air about 20℃. Through air heat transfer (the temperature different is 40℃), ultra low cryogen absorbs air heat, its temperature rises to 20℃.

2. Cryogen of 20 enters low temperature compressor, gets pressed, heated up, and turns into high pressure 80℃ air. Discharged from compressor, and then enters heat exchanger.

3.Vaporized cryogen temperature of 80℃ passed heat to low cold water in heat exchanger, changing into 60℃ life used heat water which is pumped into warm keeping tank for storage through circulating pump. High temperature cryogen heat releases and turns into high pressure liquor.

4.High pressure liquor cryogen throttles and lowers pressure through expansion valve, making entering into evaporator to absorb.

5.According to Reserve Carnot Circle Theory, compressor constantly repeatedly circles. The whole course is to transfer heat. As long as it use a kilowatt-hour electricity to drive compressor to work, it can absorb heat in the air equat to that produced by 3-6kh electricity, passing to water. Obviously it save's energy and work safely.
