How to Conduct Wotech Heat Pump Leakage Check?

There are three leakage checks during heat pump production in Wotech. 

After the building of refrigeration system, nitrogen is charged into the copper pipes. Soap-suds is brushed on the surface of copper pipes especially the welding point. If leakage exist, there are bubbles popping out.

The second leakage check is conducted after the charging of refrigerant. The welding points are checked with the sniffer. Leakage detector can recognize the leakage of 2g/year. 

The third leakage check is after the performance testing. Refrigeration runs through the whole system. Leakage is easier to be found.

How to Conduct Heat Pump Components Check?

PCB boards are tested under big range of electricity from 176V to 264V. The poor-quality ones are sent back to our suppliers.

Pressure gauges are charged into nitrogen for 72 hours with note marking status. 

Titanium heat exchangers are charged with 4 bar water pressure. And the titanium coils are kept with nitrogen for 48 hours.

Miss Stella Yau, the representative of Wotech Heat Pump Group, was invited to attend the Israel Union Business Conference on May 20th, 2014. The bilateral cooperation was fully discussed during the meeting, with the Vice President and other senior managers.

Israel is located in a complicated geothermal situation——most of its territory is covered by desert. Its lack of energy resources is hardly complemented from Arabic countries. Facing this, Israel government ascribe great importance on renewable energy, hoping that some powerful enterprise for renewable energy would bring them development.

Wotech invested big amount on its testing center every year to ensure its technology in line with international standard. The cooling capacity for testing ranges from 25kw to 650kw (output power). This new testing chamber can also simulate different ambient conditions, which would be in China the most advanced and functional testing chamber designed for heat pumps.

There are three testing chambers; two 4*5 meter able to test heat pumps up to 20kw, one 7*6 meter able to test those up to 50kw.
