All the heat exchangers are produced by our sub-company. We used to purchase from some suppliers but found the titanium was not pure enough. Now we produce them in our sub-company. Quality is further ensured.

PVC shell can stand high water pressure. The high-pure titanium tube is against corrosion from the chloride within the pool water. There is ample space for water to flow between titanium coil and PVC shell, reducing flow resistance.

The tube-in-shell heat exchangers are produced by our sub-company. Carbon steel shell and copper tube is against corrosion. Water runs inside the copper tube and refrigerant passes between the copper tube and the carbon steel shell. Heat exchange is complete.
Before production, 6 bar water is charged for leakage check. For any leakaging pieces we send them back to our sub-company and check out the problem.
